Seth was our set up guy and did a great job. He went above and beyond answering questions and showing us how to adjust small things that make a big difference on keeping the machine running at 100%. We have always had a great experience in the past with the support team on fixing issues with our machine. I really like our SWF we already had added with Seth will be the reason as we grow it will be with Stitch it. Holly our sales rep did not have the same impact. I would prefer not to work with her anymore on future purchases. We had some bad weather and just had a child it took a couple days to get a check sent and I received an email that said "Time is money". Machine was a couple days later than we were told which was flustering since we had to use another local business forklift to unload. I could never get a straight answer from her. I miss Dennis.
